This is the second in the Crave series. Grace has been gone for over 3 in a half months and she doesn't remember what happened to her. When she's told that she's a gargoyle she is shocked. She also has no idea that Hudson is in her head. She figures it out after waking up one morning with blood all over her. 

Grace and Jaxon have been mated for awhile now. She knows that she loves him but, with Hudson around and not understanding how that could be. What she doesn't know is that her and him have become really close and that at first she really doesn't understand any of it. 

She knows that she needs to get him out of her head. He keeps saying things that don't make sense to her. They have figured that he's found at least two of the things that will help him come back. The next few things are going to take more of them to do. Her cousin, Flint and a few others decide to help. But, there is another thing coming and everyone is exciting. It's a contest where groups of people fight to when a special item and one of them is one of the things that they need. 

Hudson acts like he's jealous of her and Jaxon. Mostly its because he knows something she doesn't. Her memory hasn't come back but, a few things told by Hudson has help her realize that he's not as bad as his brother Jaxon says he is. Only time is going to prove otherwise. 

That contest is ready to start and their little group has a lot that they need to do to win. Grace has been learning how to change into her gargoyle form now and is getting pretty good at it. With a lot of help from Hudson they might just win this thing. 

When the court shows up and Hudson and Jaxon's father is the king. Things become really interesting for Grace and everyone involved. 

There is a lot in the book to unpack and I'm not going to spoil it all. You'll have to read the book to find out for yourself. It was a pretty dang good book.
